The Annual General Meeting of TCU met in Nottingham on Saturday 28 March 2009 where members approved the following

- The payment of a dividend of 1.25%

- The acceptance of the revised TCU Rule Book and Policy Documents

- The revised corporate literature and new loan and Christmas club products
